The purpose of this role is to support product manufacturing transfer activities from one site to another, support the receipt of this product and be specifically involved in Cleaning, Passivation and Packaging processes. Your Responsibilities: To complete manufacturing transfer activities in accordance with the quality system requirements. Generate BOM’s and Routings. Execute Process Validations on cleaning, passivation. Execute packaging sealer validations. Liase with purchasing and suppliers to ensure availability of materials. Complete engineering runs. Complete pilot production activity. Update procedures. Requirements: Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering / Science discipline, with 3+ years relevant experience. New Product Introduction experience is essential. Experience in regulated industry, FDA, ISO, etc. Demonstrated ability to lead significant projects to completion, on time and within budget.
