A leading global organization is looking to recruit a manufacturing engineer to join their facility in Clare, to support continuous development and improvement of manufacturing processes. The role involves working with cross functional teams within the organization and suppliers to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing process. In addition to improving the manufacturing process, the job would involve working with client engineering teams to understand the product need and develop production processes and technologies for the introduction of new products (NPI). This position would be responsible to prepare validation documentation and oversee effective execution of equipment & process protocols. This role would provide project leadership on continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives. The successful candidate would have a degree qualification in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering with 3 years’ plus industrial experience in a technical role. Experience working in medical device regulated environment and exposure to NPI are essential for this role.
