Your Job Purpose: Working with the LotusWorks team as a Project/NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for project managing product line transfers to a clean and packaging environment. Your Responsibilities: Liaise with NPI project managers and support the introduction of new product in line with project plans. Developing project plans and schedules for product transfers and improvement of work activities. Liaise with world-wide transfer teams and senior management regarding program deliverables. Lead the project cross functional team to deliver reliable and sustainable processes. Troubleshooting and technical support of process, materials and equipment. Provide manufacturing engineering support within Operations. Drive process validation activities. Establishing process methods and controls which meet performance and quality requirements. Performing asset reliability studies and design out failure modes. Support and lead corrective and preventative actions driving by CAPAs. Responsible for the preparation. Maintenance and control of procedures detailing product processing work steps. Developing a wide variety of applications including clean and packaging machining, finishing operations. Requirements: 3+ years plus experience working in a regulated environment. Good problem solving skills through use of quality and statistical tools to deliver continuous improvement. Thorough understanding of Clean and Packaging processes in a medical devices manufacturing or other highly regulated industry. Ability to balance operations, quality and NPI requirements to meet business needs. Skilled knowledge of process validations. Ability to handle project assignments of large scope and complexity. Ability to effectively work within a team and cross functionally to expedite completion of critical tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication. Familiar with control procedures such as Engineering Change notification (ECN) and Deviation process, Engineering Specifications (ESs) and Laboratory Procedures (ZLPs. Benefits. Life Assurance.
