A high volume manufacturing company based in Clare is recruiting a CNC Team Lead to join their busy manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing targets are met. The role: Responsible for the overall functioning of the tooling area including the setup, running, troubleshooting and HSE management. Achieve weekly and monthly production targets. Oversee the machine operations to ensure output is as per requirement. Inspect machinery for faults as per set schedules and document as per requirements. Manage teams working on shift. Qualification: Have knowledge and min 5 yrs experience of using multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines. Experience in programming and operating Doosan multi axis CNC Lathes a distinct advantage. Be highly organized with ability to manage their own work in a demanding environment. Be flexible, proactive, show initiative, teamwork & commitment. Knowledge of Health and safety in the work place.
