Working with the LotusWorks team as a Project Manager you will develop and implement standardized project management tools and processes to ensure project management standards are developed & followed, gather project data and project information for management review, provide a source of guidance and advice for project managers, and manage and facilitate the portfolio management process. They will interact at all levels, requiring strong communication skills plus the ability to influence and convey complex issues. Your Responsibilities: Lead design and development of strategic processes. Work with project managers, Operations Business Units, and Senior Leadership Team to drive critical business initiatives. Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of projects, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects. Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization’s project delivery capability by implementing best practices. Oversee the development, implementation, and training of project management tools and processes. Proven ability to build relationships and manage cross-functional teams. Ability to work with and influence technical and non-technical cross functional team to produce results. Use of PMI methodology to develop Project Charters/ Scope documents, project management plans, communication plans, project schedules, change management and risk and issue logs. In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, play a pro-active part in the development & review of business srategy. Drive implementation and execution of stage gate process at organization level and work with different parts of the organization for their individual stage gate process as they evolve. Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills. Requirements: Certified Diploma in Project Management. Certified Diploma in Management preferred. Direct management experience. Experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Visio. Experience working in a medical device regulated environment.
