Position Summary : Overall responsibility for credit note processing, managing purchase invoices and month end responsibilities including petty cash & deferred income. Responsibilities: Responsible for all RMA’s & Credit notes that are non – routine rebates. Managing the marketing development fund daily. Maintaining the filing of all credits & dealing with the SOX compliance on this. Purchase invoice management. Liaising with production on imported goods and matching GRNs to invoices. Management of consultant expenses and employee credit cards. Maintaining petty cash. Internet sales analysis. Placing office purchase orders. Deferred Income calculation at month end. Preparing monthly Intrastat, VIES and WEEE returns. General administration duties for finance. Reporting to: Finance Director. Required skills. Relevant third level finance qualification (e.g. Certificate, Diploma, accounting technician qualification is desirable. Previous experience in Finance is desirable. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Microsoft Office experience is essential, with especially strong Excel knowledge.
