THE ROLE: * Provide daily production support through troubleshooting, practical problem solving and continuous. process improvements. * Deliver robust process improvements through data capture and root cause analysis. * Development of machine data logging to support process capability improvement. * Development of tooling/fixtures and machine capability to reduce process variation and to make. processes more sustainable. * Focused project activity to deliver Yield and Productivity Improvements. REQUIREMENTS: * Engineering degree with 3 years plus experience within a manufacturing environment. * An openness to new technologies and ability to follow-up on these independently. * A motivated individual with strong can do attitude.
