RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME. We are currently recruiting an experienced Part-time Receptionist/Administrator for a busy organisation based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Duties: General receptionist duties; answering phone, forwarding messages. Co-ordination and booking travel and hotel arrangements for employees. Responsible for diary management of Company meetings. Carry out specific projects and research as required. Deal with incoming email and post. Distributing post and packages to relevant personnel. Produce documents accurately and timely as required. Support various functions within the Company. Provide secretarial duties to MD and other Company Management as required. General Housekeeping of Reception and Meeting areas. Requirements: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (preferable. Possess a can-do attitude. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
