HR Manager Our client a highly successful company in the Mid-West is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their team on an initial 9/10-month contract. This role would ideally suit a HR Professional who has previous experience in a fast paced HR role across a number of HR functions. Key Responsibilities Provide Best Practice HR advice to all staff members. Key involvement in implementation of policies in procedures that comply with current legislation. Coaching and mentoring of line managers and staff at all levels. Manage the Employee Relations function for over 1500+ contractors. Manage full recruitment lifecycle. Performance Management.
