Lending Agent. Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, global financial services company? Our client, amultinational Financial Services Company in Shannon, Co. Clare are now looking for a Lending Agent to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking and ambitious individual wishing to pursue a career in Financial Services with a keen interest in Negotiation. This role would ideally suit someone who is commercially driven, with strong persuasive skills who has previous experience within a Financial Services Firm. Key Responsibilities: • Maximising financial return for key clients through implementation of strategies as directed by the Portfolio Manager. • Engaging with lenders through seeking and assessing financial information and developing strategies for each case. • Negotiating deals with lenders. • Implementing regular account actions in conjunction with various work streams. • Credit Management – Ensuring correspondence issued to customers is in line with mandates and acceptance of terms. • Ensuring online collection of set re-payments and managing account performance. • Weekly and monthly reporting. • Achieving key targets in terms of volume and efficiency. • Building and maintaining successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements. • APA Qualified with a view to completing QFA qualification. • Experience working in a Financial Services environment. • Third Level Degree. • Qualified Financial Advisor(Desirable. • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suites. • Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative. • Client Service Excellence. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
