We have an immediate opportunity with multinational client in the region for experienced Machine Operator to join their Medical Manufacturing team on shift (3 cycle) Mon-Friday. This is a key position in the organisation will be offered on an initial 6 month contract with significant opportunity for extension and longer term career prospects. The Ideal candidate will have mechanical background, is an eager learner, have excellent communication & teamwork skills and a drive for continuous improvement. Primary Tasks: o Operation of Machines in line with production schedule and quality targets. o Complete product Visual Inspection as per agreed process and log results. o Keep an accurate log of work carried out and adjustment made in Log Book. o Complete all process documentation. o Ensure that shift handover sheet is accurate and complete and reflects all relevant information. o Ensure housekeeping standards and safe work environment is maintained at all times. o Remove completed logs and move to designated location. o Ongoing review and check for machine performance issues, e.g. damaged hosing, alarms etc. o Provide cover for other Operators during breaks, training, meetings, holidays etc. Key Skills: Backgroup in Mechanical Eng or equivalent a distinct advantage. o Previous experience working in similar role in Med Device manufacturing environment a distinct advantage. o Excellent attention to detail with strong mechanical aptitude. o Ability to work effectively as part of a team. o Logical approach to problem solving. eFlexes is an equal opportunities employer.
